I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Before entering the mental health field, I received a dual BA in Electronic Media and Photography at the University of Florida.

I am a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, committed to work with couples, families, and individuals. I provide a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment, where we can discover solutions to foster renewed hopes and dreams in enhancing growth.

I work with adult individuals and couples who are struggling to overcome anger, rage, substance abuse, depression, anxiety (and cheating, and other relationship issues). I find that the key to overcoming many relationship problems is learning to communicate better!
