I have experience working with couples struggling in their marriage who desire to work through stuck places to rebuild a connected intimate marriage. I also work with premarital couples and utilize assessment tools for both using the PREPARE/ENRICH.

We work with a variety of issues-Depression, Anger, Anxiety (group and individual formats), Bipolar disorder, Trauma, Child and Adolescent work (males and females), Sexual Abuse, Play Therapy, Family therapy, Cultural issues (adapting to the western culture), and LGBTQ.

My approach is to assist individuals navigate through relational issues, providing a safe haven where they can discuss concerns and goals. It is a safe place where couples can learn how to "fight fairly" and how to compromise. My focus is to promote growth.
