My therapy work is collaborative, incorporating talk therapy where your troubling thoughts and feelings are examined; behavioural therapy where you may experiment with new ways of interacting with others or practice relaxation techniques; exposure therapy to gradually desensitize you to something you fear; or experiential therapies such as mindfulness, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
