I work with older adolescents and adult women in Minnesota doing online counseling. I lead with empathy and seek to understand your past, your current symptoms and struggles and what you are hoping life will look like in the future. Together we will work on processing your feelings in conjunction with giving you skills that will help you cope with your current situation.
