A Harm Reduction approach helps the addict formulate goals and structures behaviors around their attainment. Goals are set by the individual and treatment is supportive, collaborative, and goal-oriented.

My philosophy of therapy and change is that change comes from within. As a therapist, I ask a great deal in asking an individual to change, as change is an incredibly difficult task for everyone.
