I use the research-based tools from the Gottman Couples Therapy Method to help couples who are struggling with issues relating to their relationship and how to progress to the next level.

Couples counseling is the focus-area of my practice. Within that specialization, more specifically, I work with couples coping with infidelity and affair recovery. I have completed Level 3 of training in Gottman Couples Therapy which utilizes a well-researched system of technique that can help couples move on from affairs, lack of intimacy and stale parallel marriages. The sessions are very interactive with the focus on processing present struggles, and re-examining past stumbling blocks to explore alternative ways to behave with each other. Couples are always seen together so that there is no story-telling and the focus is on the couple in a fair and balanced way.

I provide couples and relationship counseling to couples experiencing a wide range of relationship issues, commitment issues, communication problems, infidelity, family conflict, and more.
