I specialize in relationships, individually and with couples. Very often anxiety, addiction, codependence, and culture clashes are also in the mix. I use Gottman, and Marshall Rosenberg's work for communication & conflict resolution. I will be available all of August

I also provide couples counseling for alternative and traditional relationships. I use an approach to counseling that leans heavily on Imago therapy, where you will learn how to communicate more effectively with your partner so that needs and desires are heard.

With couples, I show each partner how first to control their emotional reactions (anger & hurt) and how to negotiate for what they want. This enables each individual to respond more effectively to their partner and increases the chances of problem resolution.
