Through an IFS approach, I can help you get to the root of the issues that are contributing to your alcohol or substance misuse and work towards true healing. At the same time, I can help you learn behavioural and cognitive skills to support your recovery.

I am educated in the field of Addictions, specifically alcohol, drugs, internet, food and gambling. I am able to help you reach your goals and/or engage your motivation for change. We can explore harm reduction and/or abstinance approaches depending on your preference. We can explore your narrative with your addiction and work on the underlying issues that trigger relapse. My non-judgemental and client centered approach may be what you need.
