As children we are told to dream about what careers we want to undertake. As adults we often feel stuck in careers that are not satisfying or meaningful. I work with clients to help make the connection between what they once dreamt of and and what they are experiencing now. I believe in exploring who we are, what we value, what we want out of life when engaging in career counselling. I use career checklists and inventories, but this is not the end of our work -it is just a suggestion, an idea that may spark other ideas as you work toward a fulfilling career in a life worth living.
