I am a Licensed Marriage and Couples Therapist (LMFT) as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST), specializing in relationships and intimacy. My work centers on infidelity repair, communication challenges, and helping couples find hope at a crossroads.

As a Social Worker, I specialize in offering comprehensive support and resources to individuals grappling with Mental Health challenges. I understand seeking help can be daunting and vulnerable. Rest assured, I’m here to support. I provide a safe space for your healing.

As a therapist for 18 years I have had the opportunity to counsel children, teens and adults. In a safe and nurturing counseling environment individuals are able to address concerns and issues to discover a path towards recovery and growth.
