I love working with young children and their parents, as behaviors are not yet ingrained, and parents can learn new skills to help manage their child's symptoms. It also helps to learn what is expected developmentally so that parents don't get overly anxious about children meeting expectations. Today's world can be stressful for young children as well, and children also feel the stress that their parents' experience. We can explore coping skills and self-care for parents and children alike.
