For ten years I worked locally as Regional Manager of Human Resources and have a certificate in Human Resources Management. I have significant experience in career counselling and development as well as an excellent knowledge about recruitment, selection processes, interviewing techniques and resume writing. I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve their career goals.

We spend the majority of our adult lives working. Is this work fulfilling? Does it have meaning beyond simply being a way to make money and sustain our lifestyle? My work as a career counsellor goes again to the root of issues with work. There is a soul level to the work we choose, a vocational element to it ("vocation" meaning a calling from the work—where the work actually chooses you rather than you choosing the work.) I am a certified interpreter for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory. If you have done the MBTI Step II inventory propery, then we can use the result to explore what kind of career may best suit your personality preference. Sometimes, when we are working in a career which does not match our personality preference, we may find that it is difficult to handle the work or the working environment. It may create stress, anxiety and has a negative impact on our self esteem and our self confidence.

Burnout, which is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or excessive stress, often linked to work or other demanding situations, leading to feelings of detachment, cynicism, and reduced motivation is a common issue individuals experience and is a topic that is addressed in therapy. Support is provided to help individuals explore their unmet needs and assist them with self-care strategies that include, setting boundaries.
