Additionally, it is possible that you may be unaware of what your career path might be. In career therapy, we will explore your interests, desires, strengths and challenges, your spirituality, education level and social, political or economical limitations, to discover what work might be meaningful, suitable and fruitful for you. We will then create a plan to work towards your desired career path.

Understanding which career you are best suited for can feel like an overwhelming process. With the support of a therapist, you can explore your individual strengths, skills, and values and how these may apply to a fulfilling career.
