Everyone has gifts they were born with. Through various therapeutic modalities including expressive art therapy and mindfulness, I help guide individuals through an inward self exploration of these gifts. I will also help you to clarify and work towards your "best life," that is visioning your ideal work-life, relationship-life, family-life and social-life.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life.
