Welcome! I am a Christian that counsels, utilizing prayer in my practice and personal life and using biblical information and knowledge to form our direction in the counselling room can be helpful in navigating life's difficulties on earth. I offer a client centered approach so our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, utilizing a variety of modalities including pastoral counselling, CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, play therapy and the list goes on. I offer a safe space to navigate life's challenges without judgment or shame but rather through compassion, truth and love.

When I provide Christian counselling, I work with clients to explore how their faith, values, and beliefs can support their emotional wellbeing, even though I am not personally religious. Clients benefit from sessions with me because I honour their spiritual perspective and integrate it into therapy in a respectful, non-judgmental way. My role is to help clients use their faith as a source of strength, guidance, and meaning while addressing emotional or relational challenges. I help clients reflect on how their beliefs influence their thoughts, emotions, decisions, and relationships.

Using a Christian framework for counselling means that there is also another power at work, that of Spirit.
