When I provide Christian counselling, I work with clients to explore how their faith, values, and beliefs can support their emotional wellbeing, even though I am not personally religious. Clients benefit from sessions with me because I honour their spiritual perspective and integrate it into therapy in a respectful, non-judgmental way. My role is to help clients use their faith as a source of strength, guidance, and meaning while addressing emotional or relational challenges.
