I've spent more than 5 years studying theology for both my personal and professional growth to ensure I can provide therapy that is both theologically sound and spiritually-guided. While my experience is in the Evangelical Christian community, I am happy to serve people from all faith-based backgrounds.

For us, the work is more about truth and transparency of Christ's message and working on the natural laws of accountability and decision making that evolves from that. My credentials include a BTh (Bachelor of Theology) and MDiv (Clinical Counselling) from Tyndale University and Seminary, as well as an internship at People's Church in Toronto, ON. As a Christian Counsellor, I offer Focusing which involves inner healing and a nonjudgmental walking alongside you in your journey. Having had experience with church abuse, I welcome those who have had negative spiritual experiences. If you have another spiritual worldview or no spiritual view, therapy will not include Christian counselling discussion. Share your spiritual worldview openly at our first session and your desires will be respected.
