I hold a Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. I also spent over 20 years involved in various Christian Leadership roles. I do not practice or hold to this religion any longer. In my clinical work, I work with clients who are processing spiritual abuse/trauma and I regularly work with clients who are navigating deconstruction. I believe it is important to clarify, I am affirming and fully accepting of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I consider myself an ally to this community. In my clinical work, I consider it an honour to work with members of this community who have been wounded by the Christian Church.

Through a shared understanding of Christian principles, teaching and beliefs, situations and people can be assessed and solution identified that are grounded in Christian traditions such as faith, forgiveness and grace, family and parenting, suffering and recovery. Your faith and spiritual journey can also be enhanced as you strive to overcome life's challenges, push away from troubling thoughts, feelings and behaviours and grow into the person/couple/family God wants you to be.
