Our Christian therapist provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their faith and its impact on their mental and emotional well-being. A holistic approach is used that addresses psychological, emotional, and spiritual concerns. Support, encouragement, and biblical wisdom will be provided to help individuals navigate life's challenges and find healing and growth.

I hold a Masters of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. I also spent over 20 years involved in various Christian Leadership roles. I do not practice or hold to this religion any longer. In my clinical work, I work with clients who are processing spiritual abuse/trauma and I regularly work with clients who are navigating deconstruction. I believe it is important to clarify, I am affirming and fully accepting of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I consider myself an ally to this community. In my clinical work, I consider it an honour to work with members of this community who have been wounded by the Christian Church.

With my background of 30 years of Christian counselling to those who seek it, I draw on wisdom and truth from the scriptures to create contemporary perspectives on my client's present circumstances. God-honouring principles do create positive change for individuals willing to apply them. I have developed an approach I call "Pneumatherapy", (the therapy of the Holy Spirit), which helps the client to attentively and prayerfully listen to the Holy Spirit for insight and direction.
