I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.

I have over 4 years of previous experience working with people challenged with a variety of struggles. I work with clients according to their goals and understand that every person has strength inside them to move towards recovery and growth with any struggle they face.

I specialize in trauma and recovery. I provide individual, couple and family therapy exploring issues including, stress, anxiety, depression and grief/loss. My intention is to offer a calm, respectful and safe space for you to process your lived experiences.

At different times in our lives, we are handed challenges and/or faced with adversity. At these times, we all may feel like we need some support, someone wise and compassionate who can provide the necessary guidance as well as the space to be heard.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. I offer a warm, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and work through life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and connection.
