Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

At different times in our lives, we are handed challenges and/or faced with adversity. At these times, we all may feel like we need some support, someone wise and compassionate who can provide the necessary guidance as well as the space to be heard.

It is one of my greatest privileges to walk alongside those that are hurting, suffering, or struggling with life's ups and downs. My approach is warm and supportive, straightforward yet not afraid to ask the tough questions to help clients consider change.
