This is because a couple’s relationship requires that the couple juggle and balance well at least three types of relationship with each other. When all 3 types of relationships are functioning well between a couple, each individual will feel loved, valued, and respected; and the couple will be able to resolve conflict well and set and achieve common goals collaboratively.
