My goal in therapy is to help people have a better understand of what makes the twins (anxiety and stress) act out. What are the triggers in life, in their body, interpersonally that cause them to become unruly? These triggers are trying to teach us something. The question is what. For some, it may be linked to self esteem. For others it may be resources they need to engage to help fulfill their dreams. We then address better coping techniques to help people move past these difficulties and onto their dreams. We also use biofeedback.

Through counseling, I provide a supportive environment to help children and teens to overcome anxiety and approach life challenges in a new way.
