I work with women and high-functioning adults who are navigating anxiety/stress, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and life transitions/adjustment. I also work with clients who have experienced family of origin trauma and want to gain insight into how their past has impacted their present. I typically work with clients who are motivated to gain insight and are looking for a more direct and solution-focused approach.

I see my role as one of walking alongside you, guiding you, teaching skills, providing resources at times, and helping you figure out what direction you need to take. The positive therapeutic value found in combining the outdoors and physical activity with talk therapy continues to be shown in new research and thus allows me another avenue in which to provide a unique experience for my clients.
