My PhD and license is in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to AAMFT-supervised internship or residency, I have worked mostly with couples for the last 15 years. Don't settle for less when it comes to your relationship.

My approach to marriage and family counseling is to focus on communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal dynamics. A large part of my work is with married couples and pre-marriage counseling.

Like all psychotherapy, couples therapy is a process, but one in which I work to help both members of a partnership to feel heard while also working for measurable change that couples can notice and know when they are making progress.

In couples or relationship therapy, I help clients learn skills to understand each other, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively in order to find the love and strength that first brought them together, and to enhance intimacy, trust, satisfaction and love.
