I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy at any point in their life journey. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply looking for a supportive space to reflect and grow, having someone alongside you can make a meaningful difference. My own experiences navigating anxiety, ADHD, and OCD - as well as my time in therapy as a client - are what initially drew me to the field of counselling and continue to shape the way I show up in this work.I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and recently completed my practicum at the Chilliwack Youth Health Centre, where I worked primarily with teens and young adults navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges.My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centred, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to share openly, without fear of judgment. I believe that knowledge is empowering, and I often integrate tools and resources that can support you both in and beyond our sessions. I draw from attachment-based work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and exposure-informed work, adapting our work to your unique needs and goals.I enjoy working with individuals aged 16 and older, particularly young adults, and support concerns such as anxiety, OCD, stress management, life transitions, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and spiritual deconstruction, trauma, and reconstruction. My goal is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself - a strength I believe can help you move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.I feel honoured and excited to work with and witness the growth of clients who invite me into their journey. I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and support you on your path toward well-being.
