I provide counselling to adults, either individually, or as a couple or in a family relationship. I believe in a holistic approach, recognizing the spirit, mind, and body interconnection during the healing process. I approach counselling with a client-centred, biopsychosocial framework, providing a safe space for each person I am privileged to meet.
Utilizing an integrative, trauma-informed approach - which includes Brainspotting therapy, I aim to be a compassionate guide to clients working through anxiety, any type of abuse or any other traumas, stress, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts. I provide Christian counselling and support to all other faiths.
I incorporate an integrative therapeutic approach which includes the following:·Attachment-based Therapy, Biblical Counselling, Brainspotting Therapy, Cognitive behavioural (CBT),  Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Multicultural framework, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)and a Trauma-informed/focused,

I have been a counsellor in the mental health and social services field for more than 15 years and have recently begun my private practice. My counselling work experiences includes adults, youth, couples, and families, with varying therapeutic needs. The counselling settings have been in mental health services, schools, residential facilities, churches, and non-profit community programs.
I have obtained a Master of Arts Degree, Theology– Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy from Wilfred Laurier University. My undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Social Work, a Social Service Worker Diploma, Human Resources Management Certificate.
I hold Professional Memberships with The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, The College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario, The American Association of Christian Counsellors, The Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and Brainspotting Canada Association.
