 About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My career has taken me across hospital, healthcare, educational, and community settings, where I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and spiritual crises. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and guided by compassion, respect, and a belief in the resilience of the human spirit.

Beyond my professional role, I am someone who values connection, simplicity, and the beauty of everyday life. I love spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, and fishing are some of my favorite ways to recharge and find peace. Spirituality is an integral part of who I am; it keeps me grounded and helps me navigate life’s ups and downs with perspective and gratitude.

I believe there is wisdom in simplicity. Many of the sayings we often dismiss as clichés—like “stop and smell the roses” or “take life one moment at a time”—hold profound truth. When we slow down and appreciate what we already have, we begin to see the gifts that surround us. This practice of gratitude allows us to unlock the beauty of creation and experience life more fully.
