Hello and Welcome!
Taking the first step in a journey towards wellness is often the toughest part. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, struggling to process your emotions, or difficulty feeling fulfilled, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you take the first steps to heal and grow.
Whether you have experienced a recent trauma or life event that has brought you pain, or altered the path you were walking on. Or, perhaps you have been struggling for a while to overcome anxious feelings and sadness. Therapy is a place to discover a new way of being in the world.
Therapy is designed to help you become more self-aware, and give you tools to overcome the struggles you are facing. Whether it is just a check-in you need, or a long-term therapeutic approach, I have experience working with stress, anxiety, depression, past trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, and grief. I appreciate taking the first step may feel like a risk. You may fear the pain of reviewing the past, or the uncertainty of the future. When you are ready, I will be here to provide you a safe, non-judgemental space to share and heal. I offer flexible hours to meet your schedule needs.
Session Rates and Fees
- $120.00 plus HST/ 50 minute individual session
- $200.00 plus HST / 90 minute family or couple session
Services are eligible to be covered by most private insurance companies. Please consult with your employer or benefits package for individual coverage.
Additionally, psychotherapy fees are considered by the Canada Revenue Agency to be an eligible medical expense that can be claimed on your income taxes.
Sliding scale pricing available to accommodate all budget types.
