I am Maria, a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor who offers individual and couples therapy.
I provide therapy from multiple approaches as I view people as unique individuals who share their own narratives of their past.
Most of my clients struggle with anxiety, mood, stress (work, life, school, etc.), and relationships.
With couples, I primarily help with navigating communication, establishing better connections, and enabling couples to reach better conflict resolution.
