I help clients solve problems of mood, motivation, attention, or behavior using positive researched based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My specialty is solving problems that occur BETWEEN people: parent-child, couples' conflict & communication, affairs, divorce.

Together, we will focus on solutions & help you learn to cope with life's challenges. Eclectic approach with emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and psycho-education. The key to therapy is the relationships that I develop with patients.

It takes a lot of courage to take that first step, which is making the initial phone call. My treatment approachment is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long standing issues.
