My passion is to introduce people of all ages to the healing that's possible when you work in partnership with horses for greater self-discovery. We offer virtual and in-person psychotherapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy at our beautiful farm surrounded by nature.

My approach to this work is down-to-earth, empathetic and non-judgemental. I walk with people through the not-so-great moments, explore the stuckness/discomfort, and aim to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with teens and emerging adults.

I can help you gain freedom from addiction, get back control, and start living the life you want. If the short-term escape is no longer worth the long-term damage, we can work together to find a new way forward, building confidence, clarity, and connection.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.
