Andrea is an expert in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and she utilizes somatic treatments as well to support clients who have experienced trauma. Andrea is trained as an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Advocating Hope offers therapy for NIHB-approved clients only, along with clinical supervision for Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. Space is limited, and services are offered with care, reflection, and respect.

Paul works with the client to formulate treatment goals, and then uses a variety of approaches to best achieve these. Client's are provided with a safe, confidential atmosphere in which to share their struggles, and leave feeling empowered and hopeful.
