My passion is to introduce people of all ages to the healing that's possible when you work in partnership with horses for greater self-discovery. We offer virtual and in-person psychotherapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy at our beautiful farm surrounded by nature.

As a psychotherapist I am dedicated to improving the health and well being of my clients and it is my goal to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. I work from a positive psychology perspective geared towards increasing confidence, and self esteem.

I provide a compassionate space to navigate life’s storms, explore difficult emotions, and uncover the inner strength, clarity, and hope that help you move forward with resilience and purpose.

Compassionate, reflective and deep processing can help us to uncover parts of ourselves that we thought were gone, lost or broken, and heal parts that are causing pain. Working with me will mean exploring and making peace with yourself, in a safe and collaborative way.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
