If you’re experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, difficulty sleeping or unwinding, poor performance at work or school, struggling in relationships or just not feeling like yourself, I'm passionate about helping you develop the tools you need to be successful and happy and to create the life you want.

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, using evidence-based, results-oriented approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapy that is individually tailored to your specific needs. I love my work as a therapist and look forward to helping you and your family create more fulfilling lives.


Areas of Specialty: 
TraumaTraumatic events can come in all shapes and sizes and they're not always a huge event such as a life-threatening car accident or a history of child abuse.  Those events tend to be very traumatic but so do many other things such as breakups, losses of all kinds, moving, starting a new job or school or experiencing a bad relationship.  I specialize in working with trauma because I love helping people move forward in life so that the past doesn't have so much power.  I use EMDR and a number of other treatment modalities to help people move past trauma safely, without being re-traumatized in therapy.
 
Anxiety: Anxiety is one of the most common issues for which people seek help. It not only affects personal well being and physical health, but also relationships, family life, and people's careers. I specialize in working with anxiety because I'm passionate about helping people find ways to reduce worry and anxiety, increase joy and happiness, and to feel good about their lives.
