I have had the privilege of working in the field of counseling since 2001. I received my Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge, my Masters of Theological Studies from Canada Christian College and my Doctorate of Christian Counseling from Canada Christian College. I am also an Affiliate Member in Good Standing with the Alberta Psychologists Association.

I believe in treating each client and their situation with dignity and respect. I believe in providing an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and non-judgement for each person that I work with.

My philosophy in counseling is “Understanding the past to change the present for a better future.” Thus, I work with each person to help them come to an understanding of who they are where they have come from and how they have gotten to where they are today that will allow them to better understand and, if need be, change their current experience in life so that they may experience a bright and better future.  I take an integrated, client-centered approach to counseling, drawing from various theories, forms of therapy and tools to address each person’s unique situation.
