Life can be challenging at times and it can be difficult to find hope in the midst of struggles. My goal as a Psychotherapist is to meet you wherever you are at in your struggles and to help you to find ways to move forward with hope, renewed insight and confidence!

I aim to provide a comfortable space that is open and free of any bias or judgement; where you feel respected, empowered and better! I have had my own share of ups and downs in life and I understand how difficult things can be sometimes.

I have 20 years of counselling experience working with children, teens, couples, families and adults. My theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I also integrate multiple approaches such as Solution Focused Approach, Strength-Based Approach,

Treatment for relationship difficulties (communication, conflict, affairs), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, men's issues.

I offer my warmth, intelligence, open-mindedness and creativity in this work. Sessions can be outdoors to include nature's wonder in the healing journey.
