My approach to Christian counselling is to help people define for themselves what they believe and how to make their lives congruent with their faith. I do not impose my beliefs on others, but rather respect the differences between Christian traditions. I seek to encourage the personal faith and personal relationship with God of each of my clients who are open to faith based counselling. If you would like to be encouraged in your personal faith within a therapy context, consider this option. My graduate training includes a Masters degree in Theology from Concordia Lutheran Seminary.

If your faith matters to you, it helps to talk with someone who respects it and understands it. I am a person of deep faith and spirituality, and I enjoy working with people of all religions, spiritualities, and denominations without tying myself to any single faith community.
