I enjoy and welcome working with couples. You will learn specific conflict and communication skills which begin with learning to manage your physiological reactions to your partners behaviours as well as mood management and mind work which contribute to the ability to communicate positively. You will also learn the skill of having emotionally focussed conversations which will further contribute to successful communication
