Counselling is a safe space to explore your hopes and dreams as well as to address issues, such as ADHD, that might be holding you back. Career Counselling includes learning to challenge negative thoughts, build confidence, learn effective communication tools and develop skills for managing other aspects of life that are impacting your ability to work or excel in your field.

Career counselling with me involves an exploration of your strengths, and experiences. Together we will make sense of your journey and find the words to begin your plans for next steps. In therapy as you experience a non-judgmental, secure relationship you can orient yourself and experience a sense of confidence and assurance to move forward. Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.

The latter requires the courage to allow, shape and stay with a vision and the skills to navigate the inevitable peaks and valleys in confidence that are natural to the process. It is necessary to develop the ability to structure your own time toward your goal, maintaining the stability necessary to take new opportunities and creative risks.
