Counselling is a safe space to explore your hopes and dreams as well as to address issues, such as ADHD, that might be holding you back. Career Counselling includes learning to challenge negative thoughts, build confidence, learn effective communication tools and develop skills for managing other aspects of life that are impacting your ability to work or excel in your field.

Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.
