Relationships need a little help sometimes. I am here to support couples as they navigate life's challenges and big events such as raising children, marriage, terminating a relationship, and co-parenting after separation.

My focus is on developing strong communication which enable more fluent and effective dialogue between couples. We will build the necessary tools needed to overcome challenges in conflict, anger and resentment, rebuilding trust after betray, and creating intimacy.

Infidelity recovery is one of my specialties. I have provided counselling to couples recovering from an affair. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

I offer Sex and Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, Trauma resolution and Conscious Kink.
