I'm a marriage and relationship specialist, with extensive training and over 10 years of experience working with couples in distress. I work with communication breakdowns, high conflict couples, affairs & betrayal, loss of connection & intimacy, anger issues and more.

I specialize in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, which is an evidence-based validated approach. I work with couples facing the full range of challenges. I also support those recovering from a past relationship and wanting to move on in their lives.

I offer Sex and Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, Trauma resolution and Conscious Kink.
