I look forward to helping clients through career counselling in making difficult transitions easier. I believe in first developing meaningful connections with my clients. Instead of relying on career aptitude tests and personality tests I will want to understand the clients' worries and desires. I will look to setting up specific goals with my clients and redirecting them to their goals.

I adopt a client-centric approach focused on empowering individuals to navigate their professional journey with clarity and confidence. Through personalized assessments, goal-setting, and exploration of individual strengths and values, clients gain a deeper understanding of their career aspirations. I thoroughly enjoy working with young adult clients on assisting them in beginning their career journey. I also work with adult clients who are in the beginning stages of making career changes including going back to school. I know how scary "change" can be especially when it has financial implications. Career Counselling with me begins with developing rapport and relationships. We move at a pace you are comfortable with and examine the variables involved in decision-making. I support clients throughout the change process.

I help people gain clarity and a sense of purpose/ direction regarding their careers. I believe that "career" is an ever-evolving process, which occurs throughout people's life span. That is why I work with clients in a non-linear, creative way to help them cultivate a career that is fulfilling and life-giving. I also help clients with the mental health aspect of their careers, such as stress, anxiety. and burnout, which often interferes with their career satisfaction.

We apply Design Thinking to reframe obstacles to opportunities in creative ways that may be impossible to imagine now. Then we design plans to give you the inspiration and practical experiences that prove what career decision will bring you the greatest happiness, fulfillment, and reward.
