I understand it can be difficult to find, obtain, and maintain employment, as well as figuring out which career direction one would like to go. I use a combination of psychotherapy strategies it evaluate your personality and strategize what an ideal career/work life would look like for you, as well as use assessment tools that result in a more objective evaluation of specific careers that would be best suited for you.

We utilize motivational interviewing and value worksheets as tools to provide comprehensive support to clients who are navigating career choices. Our skilled counselors utilize this technique to facilitate conversations that empower clients to identify their personal values, goals, and motivations. By exploring their intrinsic motivations and clarifying their career aspirations, clients gain insight into their priorities and desires, enabling them to make informed and meaningful decisions.

I did a lot of information research on this and I matched successfully. Many of my previous clients were happy for my advice. I serve my clients to get a good solution. Careers play a huge role in a person's life and can become a source of conflict if the person is unhappy with their chosen path, co-workers/boss, position, income, growth, and/or required efforts/hours. I help clients navigate their personal career struggles to find solutions to their turmoil. For some that looks like finding a better suited career while for others it can be communication strategies to help them resolve the issues at their current employment.
