I’m Lana, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and work toward meaningful change.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I focus on connecting with clients on a deep level so that they feel safe, seen and secure while working with me. If you are struggling in the present, feel stuck in the past, or anything in between, I'm here for you.

Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the challenges & chaos that we find ourselves experiencing. I provide sessions by video and phone, and offer online booking as well as free initial 15-minute consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.
