Welcome! My name is Lydia and I have been working in the field of mental health and addictions for 25 years. With solid expertise, I can provide you with knowledgeable guidance. I take a collaborative approach to delivering compassionate and non-judgemental care.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
