Welcome! My name is Lydia and I have been working in the field of mental health and addictions for over 20 years. With solid expertise, I can provide you with knowledgeable guidance. I take a collaborative approach to delivering compassionate and non-judgemental care.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.
