Welcome! My name is Lydia and I have been working in the field of mental health and addictions for 25 years. With solid expertise, I can provide you with knowledgeable guidance. I take a collaborative approach to delivering compassionate and non-judgemental care.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where we can gently explore difficult feelings and experiences. I utilize emotionally focused therapy, trauma-informed, strengths based, solution focused, anti-oppressive and mindful/meditative approaches

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.
