I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.

I love getting to know new people and listening to their stories whatever they may be feeling. In this space is the opportunity to connect. I work hard to know my clients and offer skills that truly help to find relief and change no matter how stuck things may seem.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

I offer clients a safe, confidential, compassionate space to heal and grow. I come to the table with extensive training, knowledge and experience and I am honoured to be trusted by clients with their journey.
