My focus is to enter into a genuine and respectful relationship with you - to connect, listen, understand you as best I can, support your strengths, and reveal unhealthy patterns. Together, we'll identify your burdens, face them, and release their hold on your life.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.
