Before counselling, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces, ran a plumbing business, and spent ten years in pastoral ministry. I bring that range into the therapy room. I work with adults who want a counsellor who can sit with hard things.

I am a warm, friendly, easy- to- relate - to person with great listening skills and a non-judgemental nature. People say that I am like the friend they always wanted who can simply be there for them without expections. The time seems to pass quickly.

I believe that everyone is worthy and deserving of inner happiness and loving relationships. I feel privileged to have facilitated many individuals, couples and families in overcoming negativity thoughts and behaviors, in a safe, compassionate and accepting atmosphere.
